How do I place an order?
Browse through our categories and product list in our website. Once you find an item(s) you like, simply adjust the quantity you would like and click on “Add to Cart” button. These item(s) will be added to your shopping cart.
Proceed to checkout once your shopping cart has been reviewed.
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive automated email response of your order summary.
If there are any details in your order that are unclear, we would be contacting you via phone to confirm

I can’t seem to find a product on the website, but my boss really really wants it. What do I do?
We would love to assist you in sourcing that one product, so that your whole order is complete. If you are looking for something that isn’t on our website then you can fill in this Quotation Request form.
Do be sure to include sufficient detail about the product – Brand, Quantity, Product Description. You may attach supporting pictures and documents if you need. 🙂

I would like to cancel my order. What do I do?
If you have just placed your order but have changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try our best to assist you. You can reach us at our Live Chat (Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You must inform us of the cancellation by 12pm the day after you have placed your order. If more than 24 hours has passed since you received your Order Confirmation email, we would appreciate your understanding that we cannot accommodate any cancellation requests.
I’ve already submitted my order, but I need to make some edits on it. What do I do?
Our Customer Service team will be able to assist you if you require changes in your personal information (e.g. shipping/billing address, recipient’s name, mobile number, email etc). Please reach out to us at our Live Chat (Monday – Fri, 9am – 5pm) or email us at email@example.com.
Once your order is confirmed, changes such as:
– Payment Methods
– Choice of item (colour, size, type) will not be possible.
If you wish to add something to your order, you can only do this on the same day you place your order until 5pm. Cancellations will not be entertained after 12pm the day following order placement.
Unfortunately if your order is already on the way to you – we will not be able to help you with any additions or cancellations.
How do I know if my order has been placed / status?
All you need to do is go to MyOrders under your Account.
Inside, you will be able to see the list of your Orders placed historically and more importantly, the status of current orders.
Our status are:
Pending = we are looking into the details of this order and will give you a buzz as soon as possible!
Processing = we are scurrying around to ensure your order will arrive in perfect condition & on time!
Completed = we have been told that the goods have arrived safe & sound
Are your prices Inclusive of SST?
Products on the website are not subject to SST so there will be no extra charge for that.
However do note that certain services such Catering may be subject to extra charges.
How do I re-order something?
Head over to My Quote under your Account.
Then you will be able to see all the orders you have made historically.
Just choose the one that you want to re-order and click “Repeat Order” to your cart! 🙂
How do I track the delivery status of my items?
For confirmed order before 3.00pm and purchase amount above RM200.00, free shipping within Klang Valley the next 1-2 working day. ( Depending on the availability of the stock ordered)
For confirmed order after 3pm, it will be consider next working day order. For purchases amount less than RM200, a transport charge of RM15.00 will be charged.
Our tech is currently working on a dashboard feature that will enable you to track your delivery conveniently.

Do you offer monthly batch invoicing?
You bet we do!
Please complete the credit assessment form & email it to firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can review & set you up with monthly batch invoicing as soon as possible.
This will allow you to process your claims quicker and more efficiently, saving you time!
I need extra copies of invoices for my orders. Where can I get them?
Please email us at email@example.com if you require extra copies of your invoice.
Our Tech team is busy developing this, so that in future you will be able to download the invoice easily from your user dashboard.
There are some errors in my tax invoice. How do I discuss these differences?
This is very embarrassing! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org your:
- Your contact details
- Invoice reference numbers in question
- Details of the discrepancies
- Your Delivery Notes of those invoices (if possible)
We will look into our information & get back to you within 24hrs.
I have placed my order, when can I get my invoice?
Your Tax Invoice will be sent via email, two working days after your delivery is completed.
If for some reason you need the Invoice urgently, do let us know and we will make some necessary arrangements.
We can also provide you with a Proforma Invoice if you need it to process your payments, just drop us an email at email@example.com and we will assist you.
Some of the items I received were defective/damaged or incorrect. What should I do now?
That is mightily embarrassing!
Please immediately let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within the day of receiving the items, providing:
- description of the issue
- picture of the defective / incorrect product (via WhatsApp +6011-10653329)
Once we have received the email/message & images(s), we will immediately get in touch with you to understand the situation and arrange with you the options of:
- send replacements in your next delivery; or
- issue you with a credit note
When will I get my replacements?
For items that are are found to be defective/incorrect, Prostat will send replacement products without charge either:
- during your next order delivery; or
- if you don’t have a next delivery close by, we will arrange for it to be sent to you as soon as possible
For items that are incorrectly sent, during delivery we will also make the arrangements to collect back the incorrect item.
How do I get Quotations?
If you would like to Generate a Quotation of items that you have found on the website, there is a cool function waiting for you. 🙂 All you have to do are the following steps:
- Log into your account so that your Company Details will be on the Quotation. If you do not already have an account with us, sign up here
- Add the items to your cart with the quantities you are looking for.
- Click on the Trolley icon on the top right corner and it will bring you to your “Cart”.
- There will be a button with the words “Generate Quotation” – click that and your very own Quotation will be generated for you with a Unique Quotation Number.
(Do note that Pop-Ups need to be enabled for this to work)
